POSITION SUMMARY
The Load Dispatch Lead maintains and ensures the smooth overall functioning of the systems operations team through application and regulation of protocols and procedures as dictated by NERC Reliability Standards. The ideal candidate exhibits a proven track record of skilled judgment in applying advanced knowledge and skills related to electrical power systems.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develops, implements, and regulates departmental and organizational protocols and procedures in order to ensure strict compliance with NERC Reliability Standards during all transmission and distribution procedures
• Coordinates the daily activities and departmental calendar of the systems operations team
• Develops and manages training programs, schedules, and materials for department personnel
• Supports all departmental investigations and practices with regard to risk prevention and mitigation
